This vacancy is a Designate role meaning that training will be in our Newhaven store and the surrounding area. Therefore, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

As a Designate Store Manager, you will be a crucial support to our management team, assisting local stores within your area. You’ll lead in-store teams with encouragement and motivation, leveraging your leadership experience while receiving top-notch training to prepare for your permanent role as Store Manager. You will build a strong support network during your training, enabling you to deliver effective leadership and exceptional service to our customers.

Inspire and engage your team to create a remarkable in-store experience, embodying our core values.
Adapt to the dynamic retail environment, ensuring your team remains motivated and responsive to changing customer needs.
Drive a professional selling culture, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving impressive results.
Maintain high standards of service, safety, and compliance, while fostering a store environment of commercial excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
Background in a service-focused business.
Experience in managing sales and service targets, as well as influencing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills in recruiting, developing, and leading teams effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage team deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
Strong focus on compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, quality control, and retail legislation.
