THE COMPANY
BSPS Ltd are an established main contractor based in Central London specialising in refurbishment, decoration and restoration, fit out and service and maintenance. We do not carry out new build or private residential projects.
The company is family run, profitable, financially strong with no loans or third party investment. It achieved a turnover of £13m in its last financial year and growing larger year on year. Contracts are nearly always won through competitive tender. Profitability and cash flow are both good.
THE ROLE
BSPS Ltd are seeking a painter/decorator to work on exciting internal and external refurbishment, fit-out, decoration & restoration, and service & maintenance projects in commercial, education, hotel & leisure, residential (not private), and industrial sectors, ranging in size from £150k to £3.5m.
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
- Trade specific CSCS card is essential
- Be able to work as a team and also alone on projects
- Must have own tools
- Have good communication skills (English is essential)
- Have at least 3 years painting and decorating experience
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be reliable and trustworthy
The candidate must have recent UK experience.
