Michael Dark Ltd is a growing supplier of florist, craft, garden and home décor products, selling throughout the UK via our website and online marketplaces.
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time E-Commerce Assistant to join our team in Newton Abbot.
This role would suit someone who is confident using computers, has good attention to detail, and is keen to learn new skills. Previous e-commerce experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Main Duties
- Updating product information on our website
- Assisting with Amazon product listings
- Uploading product images and content
- Creating simple product graphics and promotional images
- Researching products and competitors
- Helping improve product descriptions and online content
- Assisting with general office and e-commerce administration
- Supporting marketing and online sales projects
As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to learn more about online marketplaces, digital marketing, product photography, image creation, AI tools and search engine optimisation (SEO).
About You
- Good computer skills
- Good written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and reliable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently when required
Experience with Amazon, e-commerce platforms, Canva, Photoshop, social media or online marketplaces would be beneficial but is not essential.

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
