Job Summary:

Santa Angela Education & Learning Services Ltd is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to lead the organisation's learning strategy, oversee professional development programmes, and drive a culture of continuous learning and organisational excellence. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced learning leader who enjoys developing innovative training initiatives, leading high-performing teams, and helping individuals and organisations achieve their full potential. What you'll do:

Develop and lead the organisation's learning and development strategy.
Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of professional development and training programmes.
Identify organisational learning needs and implement effective development initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership teams to align learning strategies with business objectives.
Manage leadership development, onboarding, and workforce capability programmes.
Oversee learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and training resources.
Monitor programme effectiveness using performance data and learner feedback.
Manage learning budgets, external training providers, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant education and training standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop learning and development teams while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience in learning and development, education, training, organisational development, human resources, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous senior leadership or management experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience developing learning strategies or managing training programmes is beneficial.
Ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives and organisational projects.
Passion for continuous learning, leadership development, and organisational growth.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
