Job Description
The role of Account Manager – SME is an exciting new role as a part of an expanding team in the Account Management team. You will be responsible for the in-life management and retention of our fastest growing areas in the business.
This role is office based in Crewe, and you’ll be a part of a vibrant office environment. The key to success in this role is to have a strong will to be customer-focused with an appetite for customer retention and upsell. You will report into our Retentions Manager.
Your key responsibilities day to day will be…

Making daily calls to aligned customers
-
Retain and renew customer contracts
-
Upselling into customer accounts
-
Driving cross-company referrals
-
Developing learning of Radius’ product portfolio with the ability to fully explain features and benefits of our products.

Working closely with key partners across the major networks.
-
After-sales service to ensure customers are satisfied.
-
Using various CRM systems to extract data from and keep them up to date
-
Common trend analysis
Qualifications
-
5 GCSE passes
-
A-Level or equivalent
-
2+ years in a customer-facing environment (preferably Sales)
