We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Office & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our business. This is a varied and hands‑on role at the centre of our operations - ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and supporting colleagues across finance, HR, and office coordination.
You’ll work closely with the Company Director and wider team, helping us deliver a great service to our customers while ensuring our internal operations run efficiently and professionally. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have real autonomy to make the role your own.

Experience & Knowledge

Previous experience in an office-based administrative role.

Confident using Microsoft Office and general digital tools.

Experience with ISO, HR admin, accounts or QuickBooks is helpful, but not essential, as training will be provided.

Office & Operations

Act as a central point of contact for colleagues, clients and visitors.

Coordinate office facilities, supplies, and day‑to‑day administration.

Support with operational and asset tracking tasks.
Finance & Accounts
-
Process supplier invoices and purchase orders.

Assist with credit card reconciliations and month‑end reporting.
HR & People Support
-
Maintain personnel files, training records and holiday/absence logs.

Support weekly payroll administration for production staff.
Quality & Compliance
-
Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 documentation and compliance records.
