Landscape Labourer (Temporary Position – 3 Months Minimum)

Due to an increasing workload, Logan Landscapes Ltd is looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Labourer to join our team.

This is a temporary position with 3 months' work guaranteed, with the potential to become a permanent, full-time role for the right candidate.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:00pm
Meet at our unit each morning at 8:00am before travelling to site with the team.
Leave the work site at 4:00pm.

Location
Unit 10, Fenpark Industrial Estate
ST4 3JP

The Role

You'll be assisting our experienced landscapers on a variety of high-quality domestic landscaping projects across Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.

Typical duties include:

Mixing mortar and concrete.
Loading, unloading and handling materials.
Site clearance and excavation.
Assisting with paving, fencing and general landscaping works.
Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe throughout the day.
Cleaning tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
Supporting the team with any other general labouring duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Hardworking and reliable.
Punctual with a good work ethic.
Able to undertake manual work and lift heavy materials.
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
Previous construction or landscaping experience is beneficial but not essential.

Pay
Competitive rate, dependent on experience.
