Job Summary
We are seeking a Experienced Vehicle Body shop Prepper/ Painter to join our team Due To A Huge Increase In Work . The ideal candidate will be responsible for Repairing And Prepping The Vehicle and Painting, ensuring A high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Hours Are flexible to suit the candidate and hourly rate depends on The Experience And quality of work Displayed.

We Also Specialise In Insurance Repairs, Classic Car Restoration
The Position Is A Self Employed Role
A Recommended Accountant Can Be Provided
Fantastic Rates Of Pay For The Suitable Applicant

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, Repairing, sanding, and filling.
Select and mix colours according to specifications.
Apply paint and lacquer using spray equipment Which Can Also Be Provided.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety regulations.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding Work requirements and progress.
Adhere to project timelines and manage time efficiently on the job.
Must be able to use 2k, basecoat and water base

Skills

Proficient in various painting techniques and methods.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in Prepping and painting is Essential For the applicant

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

Pay: £18.00-£23.00 per hour
