Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Female Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure a safe and hygienic environment, and motivate a dedicated team of cleaning staff. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure all areas meet quality standards and safety regulations

Experience

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and management
