Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote our products and services
- Identify potential sales opportunities through research and networking
- Present product features and benefits clearly to clients, tailoring pitches to meet their needs
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales proposals, reports, and presentations using organisational skills
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that increase brand awareness
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to represent the company professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using administrative tools
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and customer experience
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; strong organisational skills are required
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging effectively with clients
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse customer needs
- Experience in a sales environment or customer service role will be advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
