Full job description

I PARK SERVICES LTD

Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team.

The position is working 40 hours, 8-5 over 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

· General office duties including photocopying and scanning

· Answering the telephone

· Dealing with customer enquiries

· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

· Data input

· CCTV monitoring

· Cash collection

Skills & Experience

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Self-motivated

· Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team

· Previous experience in office administration or a similar role

· Strong organisational and time-management skills

· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

· Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred level of education to GCSE grade C and above in Maths & English (or equivalent), be computer literate and have an understanding of both Excel & Word.

Experience preferred.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Work Location: In person - Applicant must be able to drive

Pay: £30,000 per annum with a view to increasing after successful completion of probation period.
