Job Overview
We are looking for an efficient, analytical Paid Media Executive to take day-to-day ownership of our clients' paid advertising campaigns. You will report directly to our Performance Marketing Assistant Manager, executing pre-planned strategies and optimising live accounts.
While our senior team sets the overall strategy, you will be trusted to build, monitor and optimise campaigns independently. We trust our team to work proactively and solve problems on their own initiative, whilst providing support and guidance when required.
Please note: This is a strictly office-based role. We do not offer remote or hybrid working, as the role requires daily collaboration with the team and face-to-face client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management: Plan, build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads.
- Optimisation: Monitor performance and adjust targeting, budgets, and creative sets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
- Tracking & Analytics: Ensure accurate tracking and performance measurement using the appropriate platforms and best practices.
- Reporting: Produce clear, jargon-free performance updates for internal approval and communicate insights to the team.
What We Need from You
- Proven track record managing live budgets and running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Essential).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads is desirable but not essential. We are happy to support the right candidate in developing their knowledge of the platform.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tracking principles. Experience with Google Tag Manager is advantageous but not essential.
- High organisational skills and the ability to switch contexts between different client industries daily. Whether your background is agency-side or managing complex multi-brand in-house portfolios, you need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
What We Offer
- Modern office in the Leamington Spa Creative Quarter (with a pool table, arcade machine and more).
- Dedicated deep-focus workspace and noise-cancelling headphones.
- Regular, optional team events and social activities.
- Personal Sonos speaker setup.
- Casual dress code, company pension, and flexitime.
- One additional day's paid leave on your birthday.
- Regular salary reviews based on performance and value added.

We value authentic responses based on your own experience. Please include a short note about a paid ads campaign you managed that you are genuinely proud of. What platform was it on, what went well and what did you learn?
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Application question(s):
