DSLV Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled part-time KS1/KS2 Class Teacher to join our warm, dedicated, and forward-thinking team. This role is ideally for 3 days per week, with flexibility available to suit the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who thrives on delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child to succeed.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong classroom practice, including effective differentiation, assessment, and behaviour for learning. You will build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families, contributing to a supportive and collaborative school community.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum, ensuring consistently strong progress and attainment for all pupils

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes high expectations, curiosity, resilience, and exemplary behaviour

Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively, using data-driven insights to inform teaching, intervention, and targeted support strategies

Differentiate and adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND and those with EAL

Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to enhance learning outcomes and promote pupil wellbeing
Pay range: MPS - £16,458.00 - £22,676.00 - FTE: £32,916.00 - £45,352.00
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status
