We are looking for motivated and reliable operatives to join our growing team at GC Manufacturing Ltd.
Based in Pontypool, we are a well-established company with a strong reputation in the new-build sector. With continued expansion across Wales, the Southwest, Southeast, and Midlands, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business offering long-term career prospects.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
Flexibility may be required depending on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, reporting any risks or hazards
· Meet manufacturing targets and deadlines efficiently
· Operate machinery including CNC, saws, welding equipment, corner cleaning machines, drills, and hand tools
· Carry out quality control checks on products and incoming materials
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in UPVC fabrication is desirable but not essential
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong work ethic with attention to detail
· Driving licence and own transport preferred due to location
· Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential
