We are a small-group tour operator seeking new Driver-Guides to join our close-knit team. Our scheduled tours (small groups of up to 16 guests).
As a Driver-Guide, you’ll be the face of our company—leading the delivery of high-quality tours to our clients, sharing local knowledge, and helping create memorable experiences. We’re passionate about taking guests off the beaten track and delivering high-quality, local, authentic days out for visitors from the UK and around the world.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver memorable small-group tours from Cardiff
- Drive a 16-seat minibus
- Provide engaging, personalised commentary and local information
- Manage the day-to-day experience for clients throughout the tour
- Maintain vehicle presentation and complete daily vehicle checks, including cleanliness
Candidate specification
- Based in the Caerphilly area
- Confident driver with a clean licence and D1 entitlement
- Ability to engage enthusiastically with clients and share knowledge, anecdotes, and back stories
- Highly organised, flexible, and comfortable working in a changing day-to-day environment

Job details
- 2 days per week (shift 10 hours approx)
- Pay: £220 per day
- Location: In person (must be able to commute or plan to relocate before starting work)
