Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Egg Packer and Hen Farm Worker to join our newly established Free Range Hen Enterprise. This role involves grading and packing eggs with a state of the art packer and palletiser , with daily farm operations, including animal care and maintenance tasks. The position allows for part time work with extremely competitive pay for the industry working in a new state of the art Hen unit. Experience not required as training can be provided. The job is 4 days on 10 days off with the possibility for extra holiday cover work if desired.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of bird health, welfare, behaviour, and productivity
- Overseeing automated egg packing and palletising systems
- Egg collection, grading, and quality control
- Maintaining biosecurity protocols and the highest hygiene standards
- Comprehensive record keeping and regulatory compliance
Essential Requirements
- Willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and problem-solve
Desirable
- Experience with Poultry (Laying Hens Proffered)
