The Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced, skilled and motivated Fire Engineer to join our expanding team.

You will primarily cover the Leicestershire area, with occasional travel throughout the UK. This role offers stability, guaranteed hours, and strong long-term career progression within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Small installation works, minor remedial works, small project installations
Call outs and fault-finding
Planned preventative maintenance- Fire Alarm, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, Gates & Barrier systems
Working on a variety of Fire and Security panels including: Advanced, Kentec, EMS, C-Tec, Gent, Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom, Galaxy, Videx and others.
Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 12 weeks)

What We Offer

Competitive salary depending on experience (£30k - £40k) Plus overtime and oncall
45 guaranteed hours per week - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm - paid lunch break included

1 week in 12 on-call rota (Paid standby allowance plus overtime for call outs)

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in servicing, maintenance of fire and/or security systems (Essential)
Fault-finding ability
Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices
Relevant industry training
Full UK driving licence
Based within Leicestershire or the surrounding area
