Job Title: Bathroom Sales Designer

Location: Glenfield Bathrooms, 20 Devonshire Road, Leicester, LE4 0BF
Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week including Saturdays with a day off in the week. No Sundays, evenings or bank holidays.
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience .

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Bathroom Sales Designer to join our growing team within our established family business.

As a Bathroom Sales Designer, you will work closely with a range of trade, retail and installation customers from initial consultation through to final design and delivery creating beautiful, functional bathrooms tailored to their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome & consult with customers in the showroom, on the phone & by email.
Understand customers' requirements, style preferences, and budgets.
Recommend products, fixtures, fittings, and accessories to create complete bathroom solutions.
Design bespoke bathroom layouts using CAD/design software (training provided if required).
Place and process orders and liaise with customers, suppliers and installers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain showroom displays to a high standard.
Proactively develop sale opportunities and special offers.
General stock control and administration in relation to the role.
Deliver exceptional after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in bathroom or similar design and sales.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confidence using computers and design software (or willingness to learn).
The ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
A positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.

Desirable

Experience using CAD or bathroom planning software.
Knowledge of bathroom products, plumbing layouts, and current design trends.
