We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Business & Commercial department within our Norwich office.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join our busy and well-regarded Business & Commercial team, supporting fee earners with a wide range of administrative and client-focused responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department, helping deliver an efficient and professional service to clients.
This role would suit someone with previous PA, legal assistant, or administrative experience within a professional services environment, although candidates with strong transferable skills will also be considered.
About You and Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive PA and administrative support to fee earners within the Business & Commercial department.
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and amend legal documents and correspondence.
- Open new files and maintain accurate client records in line with firm procedures.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with billing processes, file management, and general departmental administration.
- Coordinate meetings, including arranging MS Teams calls and preparing documentation where required.
- Support the wider team to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional and approachable manner.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting a busy team.
- A commitment to delivering excellent client service.
Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous, though not essential.
