In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of dental professionals by coaching, mentoring, and supporting apprentices undertaking the Level 3 Dental Nurse Extended Diploma, Level 4 oral Health Practitioner alongside Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics and English. You will help learners build confidence, develop essential skills, and achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant assessor qualification (TAQA/A1/CAVA) and a teaching qualification (AET). You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, high-quality teaching and learning that challenges and motivates learners to develop new knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours.
Delivery will take place within the workplace and through remote learning sessions, offering variety and flexibility. You will also carry out workplace observations and performance reviews, providing tailored feedback and ongoing support. As this role involves regular travel to dental practices, a full UK driving licence is essential.
