FIXED TERM FOR 17 WEEKS, COMMENCING 03 AUGUST 2026
Glasgow Clyde College is recruiting three Student Funding Enrolment Assistants to support the delivery of an effective and responsive student funding service across all campuses.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who are passionate about helping students succeed and can provide a high standard of customer service during our busy enrolment period.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience within a busy student services environment, developing practical skills in customer service, administration and student support.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Student Funding Team, the successful candidates will provide advice, guidance and administrative support to students in relation to student funding. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient enrolment experience.
Duties will include supporting students with funding enquiries, assisting with the completion of applications, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring applications and payments are processed efficiently. You will also be expected to deliver excellent customer service at all times and escalate any complex queries or issues as appropriate.
Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge required for the
role.
Requirements:
- SCQF Level 6 (Higher standard or equivalent)
- A proactive and supportive approach to dealing with customers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and numeracy skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable

Salary: £25,142 per annum (pro rata to duration)
Location: Three posts are available: one based at Anniesland Campus, one at Cardonald Campus and one at Langside Campus. While each role has a designated base campus, you may be required to travel
and work across all Glasgow Clyde College campuses as required.
