About the role:
You will play a key role in delivering across our Business provision, with a particular focus on:
Accounting T Level.- Finance units within Management & Administration T Levels.
Bringing your subject expertise and industry insight, you will support students to achieve their full potential, preparing them for progression into higher education or the workplace.

Planning, delivering and assessing engaging, high-quality lessons.

- Providing constructive feedback to help learners achieve their goals.

- Supporting learners to develop key employability, English and maths skills.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding provision.
What we’re looking for:

A strong background in accounting and/or finance.
- Experience in teaching, training, or working within the business sector.
- Knowledge of T Level programmes (Accounting/Management & Administration desirable).
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- A genuine passion for education and student success.

Any successful candidates will be required to complete a structured training pathway, unless they already hold the relevant qualifications. This includes a two-week teacher induction (must be completed within probation), followed by the Award in Education and Training (AET) including Assessor is required, and then the Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher (LST) apprenticeship. Completition of this structured learning programme is expected within 3 years. Furthermore, there is the option to pursue Qualified Teacher Learning Status (QTLS).
