We are growing our team of Adult Care Workers, and we’re looking for amazing individuals to join us in making the world a better place.
As an Adult Care Worker, you will be out in the community visiting clients in their own homes and providing the highest quality of care and support possible. Every client has their own needs, however some tasks that you will be supporting with include:
- Assisting with personal care.
- Administering medication.
- Nutrition and hydration support.
- Using specialist equipment and correct manual handling procedures to assist clients who are less mobile.
- Offering companionship, support and a friendly ear, giving clients social nourishment.
You don’t necessarily need previous experience for this role. We provide you with all of the training you need. If you are the sort of person who would go out of their way to help another person on the street then you have the right attitude, and that’s the most important thing.
In this role you will meet a range of different and interesting people from a range of backgrounds, all with their own stories and experiences. You will go home every day having learned something new and will also know that you have made a massive difference in the world that day.

Financials:
-Double pay on Bank holidays, paid at £26.00 per hour
- Paid travel time between clients at £12.71 per hour
- Paid mileage for drivers paid at 45p per mile
- Every six months you will get the proud to care bonus, paid to you for working for a North Somerset lead provider. You get this just for working for us.
- You will be paid your full call time, not minute by minute, meaning that if your call finishes a few minutes early, you don’t miss out.
- Receive a £1,000 joining bonus for joining us.

- You will be working every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) in this role working between 12 and 26 hours each week.
- Set shift times, mornings (07:00-14:00) and afternoons (16:00-22:00).
