Logistics coordinator.
We supply Precision Cutting tools and Engineering Consumables. Our customers manufacture a wide range of products in many different Industry sectors including Automotive, Defence, Medical, Power generation and general engineering.
Duties:
-Use our business software to in all araes of the process including quoting, placing purchase orders. Book in received goods. pick and pack orders.
- Deliver goods and Refill Tool management machines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Own a clean driving licence.
-Basic Engineering knowledge or would be beneficial.
