Full job description

Link-Force Ltd is seeking two experienced Traffic Marshalls for a prestigious residential construction project based in North London. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing vehicle movements on-site, ensuring the safety of workers and visitors, and assisting with logistics coordination. Prior experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshall is essential to efficiently manage site traffic and adhere to health and safety regulations. You will work closely with the site team to facilitate smooth operations and maintain high standards of safety at all times.

Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman with a construction site preferred
Ability to control and direct vehicle and pedestrian movement safely and efficiently
Good understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to traffic management
Dependable with strong communication skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings or late finishes if required
Valid relevant certifications such as CITB / CSCS card & Thames Water Passport
