Microcement Aesthetics Ltd is a specialist microcement company based in Burgess Hill, working across the UK on both commercial and domestic projects. We use the industry’s leading products and take pride in delivering high‑quality finishes for every client.
Microcement is a 3mm waterproof coating applied by trowel to surfaces such as plaster, wood, cement board and even existing tiles. It’s a growing trade with excellent long‑term opportunities.

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, hands‑on individual to join our small team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn a new trade or develop existing skills in microcement application. You will work on live projects across the local area and support the running of our new microcement training facility in Burgess Hill.
Key Responsibilities
- Application of microcement to a high standard, following client specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following safe working practices at all times
- General labouring duties when required
- Assisting with training sessions in our new facility
Must‑Have Requirements
- A positive, friendly attitude and strong team mentality
- Willingness to learn and take pride in producing high‑quality work
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to travel to Burgess Hill daily
- Flexibility with working hours (as they may vary day‑to‑day)
- Willingness to travel further afield and occasionally stay away for projects
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Experience with microcement
- Experience in plastering or similar trades
- Full, valid driving licence
