Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator / Document Controller to join our team.
This role involves managing project documentation, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong IT proficiency, and effective communication abilities. Previous office or administrative experience in the Construction Industry is preferred

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project documentation in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Organise and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Support project teams with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing correspondence and producing Health & Safety documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
- Monitor document versions to ensure the latest updates are accessible to relevant parties
- Coordinate with IT departments to resolve any technical issues related to document management systems
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or document control roles
- Experience in construction inductry
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with project management tools or document control software is desirable
