LMF Energy Services is expanding its renewable energy operations across the South West and is looking to partner with experienced Air Source Heat Pump Installation Teams to deliver domestic retrofit installations throughout Devon and Cornwall.
We have a strong pipeline of work and are seeking professional, customer-focused teams capable of delivering complete ASHP installations to the highest standards.
Scope of Works
Successful teams will be responsible for the full installation of domestic Air Source Heat Pump systems, including:
- Existing heating system removal and modifications
- Air Source Heat Pump installation
- Cylinder installation and associated plumbing works
- Heating system alterations and upgrades
- Electrical installation works
- Testing and commissioning
- System handover and customer demonstration
- Completion of installation documentation and quality records
Team Requirements
Ideally, installation teams will consist of:
- Experienced ASHP Installer / Heating Engineer
- Qualified Electrician capable of completing all electrical works and commissioning requirements
Applicants must have:
- Proven Air Source Heat Pump installation experience
- Relevant plumbing and heating qualifications
- ECS/JIB Electrician (where applicable)
- Valid public liability insurance
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service skills
- High standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
Desirable Qualifications
- MCS experience
- Heat Pump Installation qualification
- Unvented Hot Water certification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- F-Gas certification (where applicable)
- PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 experience
- Social Housing retrofit experience

Location
Works will be carried out throughout Devon and Cornwall, with opportunities for long-term programmes across the South West region.

Pay: £2,000.00-£5,000.00 per week
