About RGB

Founded in 1850, RGB is a trusted builders merchant in the Southwest. As part of IBMG, we combine local expertise with national support to deliver great service and quality materials.

The Role

Were looking for a full-time Yard Sales Assistant to join our Barnstaple branch.

You will: • Handle and maintain yard stock

Load & unload customer, supplier, and company vehicles
Serve customers and advise on products and availability
Keep the yard clean, safe, and organised
Follow Health & Safety standards at all times

Youll report directly to the Branch Manager.

What Were Looking For

Yard or warehouse experience (preferred)
Experience loading/unloading goods (advantageous)
Counterbalance forklift licence (advantageous)
Builders merchant experience (a plus)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive, self-motivated attitude
Team player who can also work independently

Working Hours

Week 1:
MonFri: 07:30 16:30

Week 2:
MonFri: 07:30 16:30
Sat: 08:00 12:00
