Summary of Main Responsibilities and Activities

This is a senior role with responsibility for managing Residents day to day care
Ensuring care plans are up to date and accurately reflect Residents needs
Scrutinising daily notes to ensure accuracy and quality is maintained
Providing support to the homes Registered Manager as required in managing clinical issues and complaints
Advising on all aspects of the Homes care approaches
Willingness to step in and support all areas of the floor as and when requied

Skills/Experience

The successful candidate will have significant experience in residential care planning.

This role affords significant flexibility in terms of working hours and location
