This is a busy, hands-on, varied role, so we want someone with lots of drive and initiative.

You’ll also be…

brilliant at customer service
able to talk to people at all levels
supremely organised
a great team player
(ideally) experienced in sales, recruitment or employer engagement
And hold a valid driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

You’ll be working on recruitment projects to shape the overall Apprenticeship recruitment strategy and represent North Devon College at promotional events.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday, 14th July 2026 in Barnstaple
