Full job description

We are looking for a temporary Practice Support Administrator on a fixed term contract

for up to 5 hours per week (for 6 weeks) to help complete project work and/or

administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail,

can work autonomously and well organised.

Hours: 5 hours per week

Contract: Temporary contract for 6 -8 weeks.

Pay: £13.00 per hour.

Overall Responsibility:

To provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and management team to

complete specific pieces of work including helping with CQC preparation projects and

setting up processes/systems so services can be efficiently an effectively delivered.

Key responsibilities:

Completion and updating of human resource files as directed by the Practice

Manager.

Completing of CQC focused work including updating waiting areas, clinical

rooms and ensuring that documentation and literature is correct and current.

Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and Management team.
Support the management team with setting up processes or documents for new

areas of work.

To work with the Practice Manager on policy management.
Supporting the development of learning materials and resources for education

provisions at the practice.

To complete filing as necessary.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in project support or programme administration

advantageous

Strong organisational and coordination skills
Ability to follow procedures and attention to detail
Able to work on own initiative
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
