Role Overview
We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our warehouse, logistics and distribution activities.
Reporting directly to the Logistics Director, this varied and hands-on role combines logistics coordination, warehouse administration, stock control, transport management, export documentation and customer service responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse and logistics operations while maintaining the high standards of service expected from a luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer deliveries, installations and collections.
- Schedule incoming supplier deliveries and goods receipts.
- Liaise with transport providers, couriers, pallet networks and export agents.
- Prepare transport, customs and export documentation.
- Maintain warehouse administration, records and operational reports.
- Support stock control activities, stock takes and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics priorities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with fleet administration and vehicle compliance records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support and oversee day-to-day warehouse activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, security and operational procedures.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, transport partners and colleagues.
Additional Responsibility
- Act as the operational lead for warehouse and logistics activities during periods when the Logistics Director is absent, ensuring continuity of service and efficient day-to-day operations.
Essential Experience
- Minimum three years' experience in logistics, warehouse administration, supply chain or distribution operations.
- Experience coordinating deliveries, collections and transport providers.
- Experience managing stock control and inventory systems.
- Experience preparing logistics and shipping documentation.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Confident decision-maker capable of working independently and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Experience managing relationships with suppliers, transport providers and customers.
Essential Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications
- Experience within furniture, interiors, retail, luxury goods or homewares sectors.
- Experience with export documentation and international shipping.
- Forklift licence or willingness to undertake training.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
