Senior Plumbing & Heating Engineer — London (Employed)

Overview

Pleasant Plumbers is a technology-first plumbing and heating company building the future of domestic and commercial work across London. We're hiring an experienced, Gas Safe registered senior engineer on a full, permanent, employed basis.

This is a salaried, employed role — not subcontracting. You turn up, do the work we assign you, and we handle everything else: customer acquisition, booking, dispatch, invoicing, payment, admin. No buying leads. No chasing invoices. No quiet weeks worrying where the next job comes from. A guaranteed salary, the security of employment, and a company that's built to keep you busy with good work.

£60,000 per year, salaried and guaranteed
Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm — with optional paid overtime for weekends and out-of-hours work if you want to earn more

Who we're looking for

Gas Safe registered
Minimum 7 years' experience in domestic and/or commercial plumbing and heating
London-based
Your own tools
Full UK driving licence
Professional, reliable, and genuinely good with customers
Takes pride in doing the job properly the first time

The role

You'll carry out the plumbing and heating jobs we assign — repairs, servicing, installations across London. This is a hands-on engineering role focused purely on the work; you won't be managing other engineers or running the office. We bring the work to you and handle everything around it, so you can do what you do best.
