The Role
This is a fast-paced, physically active role that keeps you on the move. As a Mobile Detailer/Valeter, you’ll:
- Travel to customer locations and deliver high-quality vehicle detailing.
- Clean and prepare vehicles to premium standards using specialist equipment and products.
- Maintain safety as a top priority—for yourself, the customer, and their vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and representing Smartwash professionally.
- Drive the company van responsibly, complying with all road safety rules.
- Help maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.
This role is also a great way to develop transferable skills such as communication, organisation, customer service, sales, and teamwork. At Smartwash, hard work never goes unnoticed—we reward innovation and promote from within.
Requirements
- Pride in delivering excellent work and attention to detail.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Eligible to work in the UK (Right to Work documentation required).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Willingness to start work by 7:00 AM.
- Ability to follow set quality standards and instructions.
- Commitment to the company dress code and professional appearance.
