Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Client Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting sales administration, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Duties

Maintain and update client information using CRM software to ensure accurate records.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, processing orders, and managing correspondence via Microsoft Outlook.
Foster positive relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Organise and prioritise daily tasks effectively to meet deadlines using strong time management skills.
Utilise computer literacy skills to generate data reports and analyse sales trends for strategic planning.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Assist in organising promotional events or campaigns as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM software such as Sage or similar platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Good IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools.
Demonstrated customer service experience with a professional approach.
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with sales-related IT systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective organisational and time management skills. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to develop their career within sales support and client relations in a professional environment.
