Full job description

Manchester – New Islington / Stockport
Part-Time (12 hours per week)

We’re looking for someone reliable, switched-on and personable to support viewings and general property work across our Manchester portfolio.

The role is split between residential viewings (primarily at a development in New Islington) and assisting with commercial property and surveying-related work.

This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who wants proper exposure to the industry.

The Role

Conducting property viewings (mainly New Islington, some in Stockport)
Speaking with applicants and understanding what they’re looking for
Providing feedback after viewings and helping move deals forward
Assisting with inspections of commercial units and mixed-use buildings
Supporting with marketing, listings, and basic reporting
General day-to-day support across the business

Hours

2 weekdays (4-hour blocks)
Saturdays (4-hour block)

Some flexibility will be required around viewing schedules, however we’re happy to accommodate university or other personal commitments.

What We’re Looking For

Confident dealing with people face-to-face
Well presented and professional
Reliable and able to work independently
Genuine interest in property
Organised and proactive

Useful but Not Essential

Previous experience in estate agency or property
Interest in commercial property or surveying
Driving licence
