Your Day-to-Day
- Oversee pick, pack & dispatch operations
- Lead and support a small warehouse team
- Manage stock accuracy, cycle counts & WMS
- Keep standards high for health & safety
- Monitor KPIs, productivity & deadlines
- Help load routes for next-day healthcare deliveries
We Want Someone Who:
- Has 2+ years as a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader
- Comes from logistics, distribution, or fulfilment
- Is confident with WMS systems + Excel
- Leads from the front (not afraid to get stuck in)
- Is reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
Ideal Backgrounds
