The Association is looking to recruit a Graduate Housing Services Assistant to support the Director of Housing & Community Initiatives to manage the provision of a high quality, responsive housing management service that delivers and focuses on positive outcomes for tenants and other customers.

Ideally, the postholder will have the following:

Strong customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competent IT skills.
Team player with the ability to cope with changing circumstances & demands.
University Degree or HND

As the Graduate Housing Services Assistant, you will provide support to the Housing Team within the Association’s area of operation. The duties associated with the position include, but are not limited to, Arrears Management, Allocations and Void Management, Estate Management, ASB Complaints Handling, Promoting, and encouraging tenant participation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an excellent, high performing team, who deliver outstanding services to tenants and other customers. MHA is looking for a hardworking, passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual who will use their initiative, experience, and skills to assist us in providing excellent Customer Services.
