Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment through effective surveillance, loss prevention, and excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals committed to safety and security standards, with a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills.

MUST speak good English.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorised individuals enter.
Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential offenders and manage crowd control effectively
Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and responding to theft or unauthorised access
Respond promptly to incidents, including medical emergencies, by providing first aid when necessary
Enforce rules and regulations in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational policies
Record detailed incident reports accurately and promptly as required
Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to resolve issues or incidents

Qualifications

Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential
Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or security roles is advantageous
First aid certification is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanour with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or special events as required
