Full job description

Gleeson McCafferty Law is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The successful applicant will initially assist with a range of general administrative duties and, with training, will develop skills in audio typing and other aspects of office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general administrative and clerical duties
Audio typing and preparing documents
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Sending and responding to emails
Dealing professionally and courteously with clients and members of the public
Managing and prioritising daily workloads
Providing general support to the wider office team

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Be organised and able to multi-task effectively
Have the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Be confident communicating with clients, colleagues and the public
Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word
Have a positive, professional and helpful attitude
Be willing to learn and develop new skills

Previous experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 2pm
