You'll be joining our small, friendly team of administrators to ensure we are on top of our customer service and admin tasks. The role will be working 40 hours a week from Monday - Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.
You'll be responsible for
- Being the first friendly point of contact for our customers by phone and email.
- Booking servicing, repairs and installation appointments.
- Keeping customers updated throughout their journey.
- Supporting our engineers with daily scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate customer records.
- Assisting with registrations, paperwork and general administration.
- Helping the office run smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.
- Learning new skills as the business continues to grow.
The role can get extremely busy in the colder months of the year, so we are looking for someone with a strong, willing attitude, to get stuck in with any admin task to ensure the business runs smoothly and the customers are always happy.
You will need good PC skills, a happy, confident telephone manner and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the business runs smoothly and the customers are always happy. Holidays: 25 days per year plus bank holidays increasing with dedicated service up to 30 days.
Salary: £26,000 -£30,000 per annum depending on experience
