Job Description
Join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 12 months and play a key role in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. You'll support end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring a seamless, professional and inclusive hiring process.

Manage recruitment requests and candidate progression through our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.

Create and publish engaging, high-quality job adverts that attract top talent while promoting consistency, professionalism and inclusivity.

Coordinate interviews and assessments, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders to arrange schedules, rooms and virtual meetings.

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely communication, interview support and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.

Proactively source talent using online platforms and social media, building strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.

Support wider Talent Acquisition activities, including stakeholder engagement, purchase order administration, offer approvals and championing equality, diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
The salary for this role is £29,328 . Onsite working is expected for 3 days a week, however, we actively support requests for flexible working.
This role will be based from Culham, Oxfordshire
This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Good administration experience (ideally within talent acquisition)

Demonstrable experience of excellent planning and organisational skills with good attention to detail

Competent IT skills and knowledge of using systems and social media platforms

Excellent written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a need to juggle priorities regularly
