Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee our domiciliary care services. As the Registered Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated carers, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients in their own homes. If you have experience in domiciliary care, a passion for providing exceptional support to individuals in need, and strong leadership abilities, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalised care plans for each client, ensuring their individual needs and preferences are met.
Supervise and support caregivers to ensure they deliver compassionate and high-quality care in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, including scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Conduct regular assessments of clients' needs and monitor their well-being, making adjustments to care plans as required.
Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in domiciliary care management or a similar role.
Knowledge of care practices, regulations, and policies relevant to domiciliary care services.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
Ability to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and handle challenges in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in assessing client needs and developing tailored care plans.
Familiarity with relevant IT systems for care management and reporting.
