Full job description

We’re looking for a confident, driven and personable salesperson to join our growing bridal sales team.

This is the perfect role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and loves the buzz of closing a sale while delivering an exceptional experience.

You’ll be working with brides during one of the most exciting moments of their lives, so confidence, warmth and strong communication skills are essential.

What we’re looking for:

A confident and natural communicator
Candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record in sales
Comfortable working towards sales targets and within a performance bonus environment
Motivated, ambitious and results-driven
Professional, well presented and organised
Able to build rapport quickly and make customers feel at ease
Retail or sales experience preferred
Bridal or luxury retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

The role:

Assisting brides during appointments
Guiding customers through styles, options and accessories
Delivering a high-end customer experience
Following up leads and enquiries
Working as part of a supportive sales team
Weekend availability will be required
