In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia - creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines - doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350million.

We are seeking an individual who is inherently self-motivated and possesses a strong solutions-oriented mindset. Your track record should reflect experience in effectively engaging with C-level executives. In addition, you should excel in managing workloads and adeptly prioritising tasks, even within the demanding constraints of a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Thrives on multitasking: you can deftly spin multiple plates to give the Executive’s space to focus on big-picture stuff and keep the business humming.
Unapologetically curious: you will always want to build a deeper understanding of what makes our business tick
Several years’ experience as an Executive Assistant. Ideally in the high growth scale up tech space, reporting directly to C-level, understanding of Technology and People is a bonus
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office software tools (e.g. Google Suite) and familiarity with productivity and scheduling software.
Strong use of AI and the willingness to learn about such tools and products is a must.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills including quick response times
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and emails on behalf of the Executives.
