JOB TITLE: Social Care Worker (The Recovery Centre)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time and Part-Time Available

Centred is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health toward mental well-being. Our services are based in Caithness, Easter Ross, Inverness, and Lochaber. The Centred Recovery Centre, based in Inverness, is a centre that provides support and accommodation for up to 23 service users.

We are recruiting for Social Care Workers to join the Recovery Centre team.

JOB SUMMARY

Working as part of a team to deliver excellent care and support to people. the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of people who rely on homecare.
Our ideal candidate will have genuine compassion and care for people and be inspired to develop their own professional skills and learning.
Good communication skills are essential.
You will need to have the ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team

Previous experience in care is desirable however not essential as full support and training will be offered. An SVQ in care would be advantageous.

Can adapt to the continually changing needs of the people they support
Can be adaptable within their role and shows initiative.
Has good communication skills, both oral and written.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (if applying for driving post)
