Research Fellow

£39,162 - £44,052 per annum pro rata

Part time/Fixed term contract - 7.4 hours per week/until 31st May

About the Role

This post is to provide research assistance for the AHRC project 'Writing Under Stress'. Working with the grant team you will be asked to:

Photograph and transcribe eighteenth and nineteenth century pauper, advocate and poor law correspondence
Contribute to public engagement events
Search online and physical archives/catalogues, including newspaper archives
Participate in the generation of creative outputs
Liaise with stakeholders and the general public
Participate in planning for future projects

For more details, please take a look at the role profile. While you will not need to be based in Nottingham to fulfil this role, national travel for events, data collection and public engagement will be required.
