About the Role:
Glasgow is known for its strong business community, practical energy, and reliable service culture, and at Mis Beneficios Travel Services, we bring that same organised and customer focused approach to reservations support. We help customers and internal teams manage booking details, travel updates, customer records, and daily reservation requests with accuracy and care.
We are looking for a Reservations Support Coordinator who can support day to day booking activity and help keep communication clear between customers, travel partners, support teams, and management. You are not just updating reservations; you are helping coordinate information, follow up on requests, check booking details, and make sure customers receive timely and professional support.
You will work closely with customer support, travel operations, booking support, and administration teams to make sure reservation records are accurate, updates are handled properly, and daily tasks are completed on time.
Why Work With Us?

Organised Reservations Support: We believe smooth booking support comes from accurate records, timely follow up, and clear processes. Your work will help keep reservations structured and dependable.
Customer Focus: We support customers who rely on helpful communication, clear updates, and accurate booking information. You will help maintain a positive experience throughout the reservation process.
Growth: This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a stable career in reservations, travel support, customer service, booking coordination, or operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Support: Assist with booking updates, customer requests, reservation checks, travel details, and routine booking related administration.
Customer Communication: Respond professionally to customer emails and calls, provide clear updates, request missing information, and escalate complex queries when required.

Travel Partner Coordination: Support communication with travel partners, service providers, or internal teams when confirmations, changes, or updates are needed.
Process Follow Up: Monitor pending reservations, missing details, customer requests, booking changes, and service issues to make sure tasks are completed properly.
Reporting: Prepare simple booking summaries, activity updates, issue logs, and follow up notes for supervisors or management.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in reservations, travel support, customer service, booking coordination, administration, or operations support is preferred.
Organisation: You can manage multiple bookings, update records accurately, and follow reservation processes carefully.
Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, speak professionally, and coordinate confidently with customers, colleagues, and travel partners.
Attention to Detail: You notice missing information, booking errors, date conflicts, and follow up gaps before they become bigger problems.
Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared files, calendars, customer records, and basic booking or CRM systems.
Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise tasks, follow up properly, and keep reservations support moving.
