Job Summary

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

This post is based in the Assessment, Care Management & Review Team within our Adult Service. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be involved in protecting and promoting the welfare and wellbeing of adults, including adults with physical disabilities and older adults through the provision of assessment, care management and review.
